Stamp Making

Come join us at Artisan’s Playhouse for a fun and creative Stamp Making Workshop!
Learn how to make your own stamp of choice through a process called block printing. We’ll provide you with a rubber block, cutter for carving, brayer roller, ink and a bandana to stamp your creation on. Yesi will guide you step-by-step in how to transfer your image to the rubber block, carve out your design, and apply ink.
Important: Please bring 2-3 design options on paper that fit within 4 inches wide by 6 inches high. You may also freehand your design. If you do not have access to a printer, please send your image to info@yesimakesart.com (1 page per person).
Optional: Bring a shirt to stamp on (Shirt is not included)

This course will guide you through essential techniques, color mixing, and composition to help you create beautiful, expressive artwork. Oil painting is a rewarding medium that allows for depth, richness, and flexibility—so get ready to explore, experiment, and learn!
Yesi is a full-time artist and graphic designer from Miami, FL. She has been painting with oils for over 10 years, drawing inspiration from nature, flora, and fauna. With three years of experience teaching art classes, she is excited to share her knowledge and guide you through this course.
